Head Chef, Guitar Salacheep started cooking for his family as a 7 year old farm boy, using hot charcoal and boiling water.

Years later, arriving in Sydney with just $90 and not a word of English, he was picked up and trained by two of Sydney’s top Thai restaurants before going on to open his own.

Today, with a talented sense of taste and determined to be authentic, Guitar still puts in the hard yards to ensure every dish bursts with flavour, as his family demanded, all those years ago.
